Internal Rules

The guest house is not a place freely open to the public. It’s a family that welcomes you into their home. There may also be other travelers under the same roof. This is why we invite you to take advantage of all the living spaces at your disposal in a friendly manner and respecting everyone’s privacy and to respect the non-access to our private spaces.

For the comfort and tranquility of all, we regret not being able to accommodate animals in the rooms.

  1. Arrivals:

In order to welcome you in the best possible conditions, your welcome will be from 5 p.m. on the day of your arrival and until 8 p.m. Late or early arrivals, for example, are subject to prior agreement and may be charged.

  1. Departures:

On the last day, departures are no later than 10 a.m. We are not hotel professionals, we must be able to have the necessary time to offer the people who then arrive the most welcoming accommodation possible.

Any extended departure will result in the billing of an additional night.

  1. Breakfasts:

Breakfasts are served inside the house between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. In the event of a very early departure, we can, on request, provide a suitable self-service option.

  1. The table d’hôte:

We do not do table d’hôte.

  1. The common area (Winter Garden):

This space is reserved for breakfast service.

If you wish to use the common area to have meals we will ask you to clear your table and tidy up behind you as well as a fixed sum for the maintenance service and the loan of crockery.

  1. The rooms:

The rooms are not intended for doing laundry or eating meals… A television is available to visitors, the sound must be moderated from 10 p.m.

To respect the rest of other customers, be careful not to slam doors or make too much noise, particularly between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Visitors can also access WiFi for free. Illegal downloading is prohibited.

It is forbidden to move the furniture and the crockery provided must not leave the room.

Sliding doors must be handled delicately.

The windows and Velux must be closed each time you travel (otherwise we reserve the right to access the room to close the windows).

Heavy soiling will be the responsibility of the customer.

Valuable objects (jewelry, multimedia devices, various means of payment, etc.) must not be left in rooms or in parked vehicles, as guests decline all responsibility in the event of the disappearance of these objects.

Access to the property is prohibited to anyone not staying in the guest room.

  1. General provisions:

In compliance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, smoking is prohibited in places for collective use. The entire establishment, including the rooms (as well as the balcony), is therefore non-smoking. As part of the protection of minors, the sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors under 18 years of age. We ask our guests to present decent attire for all occasions, and to be properly dressed and shod when moving around the common areas. The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and financially assume, any possible damage for which he may be responsible.

Children growing up on the property are the sole responsibility of their parents. Access to the balcony and the mezzanine is prohibited for children under 8 years old and people with mobility problems. Children must not be left unsupervised in rooms, balconies and generally throughout the entire indoor and outdoor establishment.

Theft and accidents: the owner declines all responsibility in the event of theft or bodily damage occurring in the property.

  1. Eco-tourism:

We are sensitive to the protection of our planet and wish to contribute to the protection of the environment by minimizing the footprint of the operation of our establishment. Simple and light measures can go a long way.

We are therefore counting on your collaboration to:

  • turn off the lights when you leave a room.
  • do not let the water run and moderate the flow during showers.
  • moderate the temperature of the radiators.
  • we kindly ask you to throw only toilet paper into the toilet, other waste has a bin provided for this purpose.
  • avoid using all the towels made available to you if you do not really need them.
  • the water is potable and can be consumed

9: Security:

The safety of our guests, our family and our horses is paramount and must absolutely be respected. Be sure to close the gate carefully each time you move. The entrance door to Digicode must be closed but NOT locked otherwise other guests will not be able to enter.
